I can not thank you enough for being such an wonderful, loving, giving, caring and supporting LCC. From the first day you have been there for me and even before I came to the US you contacted me and gave me a safe and good feeling about this new experience. I think that our LCC, Louise Edington is doing a great job. She really cares about the AuPairs and that the families as well as the AuPairs are happy and have a good time. I think one advantage is that Louise has been an AuPair herself for a couple of years and therefore she knows exactly how it feels to be an AuPair. I’m really glad to have Louise as my LCC because I know I can always come to her if I have problems.

I believe she takes the au pairs’ success and happiness personally and seriously. To Whom It May Concern:
We have seen so many positive changes since Louise Edington took the helm of our Park City CCAP program about 6 mos ago.  For example, communication has greatly improved as she keeps tabs of all the local au pairs on facebook.  She has planned all the monthly au pair meetings for the rest of the year!  Our au pair says the meetings are more educational and meaningful under Louise than prior meetings were.  In addition, she was a great help to us with a recent immigration issue regarding our au pair.  When we spoke to Louise regarding this issue, she did background research, advised us on our best approach to the problem, and provided us with a letter of support as well.  We have been a CCAP family for several years and have worked with four LCCs;  Louise is clearly the best.
